Parts of Xenoverses story are indeed canon, due to DB Online actually being canon and Xenoverse using elements of it.

That it includes the Time Patrol as well as Mira and Towa.

having PARTS of something canon is not the same thing as what anon 2 was saying. Also just because Toriyama has had creative control in a lot of aspects of certain games doesn't mean he made them canon to the storyline.

Until Toriyama officially says otherwise, neither Xenoverse nor Online are canon. Not that it really matters one way or another.
