No it doesn't. The point of a motorcycle helmet is to protect your head in the event of a crash. The clothing on the rest of your body does't affect the safety of your head.

Getting road rash on your tits isn't as meaningful as spattering your brains on the pavement.

Actually, you could generalize the point of a helmet to protection from injury. In that sense it defeats the purpose of a helmet when the rest of your body is so susceptible to damage. This attire doesn't really say "I'm concerned about my safety in case of an accident". I'm not sure the extent of possible injuries with attire similar to this, but I'm sure it's nothing to scoff at. Best case scenario, it would turn that hot body into something grotesque.
