Jeah, it would suit her. I mean, look! We can't see where her other Hand is, right?
Regarding how strong Ghouls are supposed to be, she could hold another String, a Cable, a Wire, just something - pulled down with a lot of Strength nobody would expect her to have,
(since everyone thinks/expects she is just a human)
and the Legs and Feet that looks like they belong to a Ballerina-Girl, could be another Girl, that Rize would hate for some Reason,
and so she simply decides to kill off that annoying Girl - and make her Rize's next Meal ....
You know: when Rize was younger and not so perverted, but most likely already be incredible cruel.
