Anon 1 has a right to feel that way after Bamco's decision to wall him off as a pre-order incentive ONLY. I was lucky enough to get him myself (I pre-ordered knowing I'd love Xenoverse), but alot of people were on the fence about the game and decided to wait. It's entirely possible that those caution individuals will never get him at all. Maybe he'll be put up for download in the future, but I'm not holding my breath.

Well, sucks to be these Guys then. Since Xenoverse revealed that it would be based on many Aspects of Dragonball Online (Every Hardcore Fanboy's Wet Dream imho), it should have been a No-Brainer for every 'Real' Fan.

Don't get me wrong. When it got announced i too was like them. Thought it would become just another rehashed Quick-Cash Product like all Games on the now former Generation, after the Raging Blast Series. Then they revealed the Character Creator with the Races and Story Informations though... Only Thing that is horrendous is the screwed RNG System. I'm on the go for Android's 16 Clothes for Weeks now. There. Retributive Justice.
