I just took it into photoshop, they are identical pictures. I'm guessing whoever created it is doing that "cross your eyes to make it look 3D" thing idk

My mistake, stereoscopic is the adjective. Stereogram is the noun, and that's already been added. Disregard my last comment.

This is very clearly NOT a stereogram. It's just the two images side by side. That's not enough to be a stereogram.
