TL added, though it's about as vague as the original. I'm not really sure what she's talking about (from picture context alone, could be kissing/licking feet, etc,), but I haven't seen Shirobako to infer more context than that.

She probably is, since I've read somewhere that this anime is about some girls working in an anime production studio. The guy she's probably talking to is this lazy and arrogant newbie that always loses his stuff, is late with every single deadline and never listens to advice. I've never actually watched this anime though so I could be wrong.
