It's from Wayforward. They released the beta for those who backed that tier a couple of days ago and someone on /v/ ripped the sprites today. The animation has gotten a lot more fluid.

Still prefer the sprites from Risky's Revenge/Pirates Curse.
The new sprites and art style just looks like a flash game. The backgrounds are nice though.
