Spoilers for If/Fates, if you haven't been keeping up with the latest info.

This may be Shara. Apparently, she's a semi-close of Tharja, and she's going to be a child character in If/Fates. The one image of her that we've seen had her with purple hair, so it seems likely that's who this is meant to be.

She's a Hoshidan unit, and would thus be a Spellcaster, instead of Dark Mage, making her outfit quite a bit different. We haven't actually seen it yet, so it might not end up looking like this, but this is fine by me.

And I could be wrong about any and all of this, so take it with a grain of salt. The fact that she seems to have a spellbook instead of the fans/cards/whatever they are that Spellcasters use could be a point against my theory, for one.

You had it right Anon2. This is indeed Shara, the child of Tsukuyomi. Judging by her hair color, it's likely that her mother is Orochi.
