Uh...any idea if this is a futanari or a trap or if there are multiple vibrators underneath? Because there is a pretty odd/suspicious looking set of bulges going on there as well as a line drawn between the thighs that make it looks like it could be the tip of a penis or of some kind of object.

No, I don't think she is at all. Not just because it's drawn in a way that doesn't suggest that, but if that was the case this image would be taken down for violating the rules on that. And if it was her shitting herself, then explain the bulge up in the area between the thighs where a penis would be. Are you seriously telling me that she's somehow shitting so hard that it traveled forward and UP between her legs from a squatting position and that it somehow managed to get between her thighs instead of squishing into a mass under them? That is very, very, very improbable.

Look at that part of the image VERY carefully.
