Japanese newbie here.

This is a shit-tier translation so take it with more than a grain of salt. Read top right, to top left, bottom right to bottom left.

Phonetic translation

Nchu... nchuru (newline) pichu... guchu
n... nfugachu
riru riru
pero pero

It seems to me like she's just panting and making kissing and sucking noises. None of that looks like actual words to me.

If someone more experience would like to weigh in I would be pleased to hear what you think =)

I've listened to enough Japanese to wager that you're right and it is just a lot of licky kissy sucky noises with some panting.
