Took some liberties with last line, it's more "because I've got a little sister" when literally translated. Since destroyers are the little girls in Kancolle, the implication is that she's upset 'cause you mixed her (a light cruiser) up with someone else (a destroyer). Check against other images from same artist to be sure, if her little sister is also a light cruiser it needs revision.
