I never understood what happened in this scene.. It was as if he was going to kill her, then in the next episode she was perfectly fine.

Is there context in the game that explains whats happening here? Or is it unnecessary filler?

as far as I know, she has exceptional healing/regeneration skill. They did cut her open/apart to modify her body, but she healed afterwards. It still hurts like hell, that's why she's freaking out.

Sorry I just don't accept the premise of a character that's so powerful and played up, just so she can be helpless through everything else. It's like saying "Here be Goddess of WAR! Oh shit she tripped on a rock! Oh shit! A rock is her fatal weakness now the people are raping her to their cock's content.....welp that's what she gets for having a weakness to rocks, air, fast movement, and semen."
I just hate it.
