The funny thing about all these comments is that Toriyama stated that GT is canon if you want it to be.

Dragon Ball Super has a companion manga and takes place in between the time after Kid Buu was defeated and the in of Z so Pan and Super are canon.
Xenoverse says GT is an alternate timeline so I suppose it can be canon too along with the movie-verse

Lol, I'm glad I never really cared for Dragonballz. Tiptoeing around the concept of canon as if we're talking about Metal Gear Portable Ops. And I guess I just prefer stories where the female characters aren't just devices from where the more "developed" male characters can create their lineages that, in turn, get their own spinoffs and whatever... I mea, shit, is this the Bible or something?
