You're criticizing Sakura,but couldn't Obito just pick it up and jam in it himself? He must've had enough control to,otherwise,he wouldn't even be able to stand there,telling her to hurry. We've seen Sakura's development and she's never had to do anything as brutal as destroying someone's eye with a kunai. Modern Leaf Ninja didn't receive that type of training anyway,the most violent training that we've seen was the Chunnin Exam,and that was because of the Second Exam. This here is just to elevate tension and suspense with no depth to it or anything.
