I think that these "Fanbooks" are just quick little cute blurbs by guest artists. Not full-out doujins. And given they're an official product, likely not any NTR either. I know the first volume had a couple pages by Kenkou Cross, artist of the Monster Girl Encyclopedia, who drew the girls playing a racing game together or somethin'.
