I absolutely FUCKING HATE these cocktease animes that borderline on hentai. They are so well animated yet there really isn't much going on other that lewd stuff with no penetration sex.

I hate being blueballed and actual hentai animation is usually not as well animated and the voiceacting is most of the time bad/cringe.

Then again, the fact they are not hentai is the very reason why they are usually so well animated and have overall great production value.

It's more profitable to tease than to please.

well, keep in mind that it's general audience would get drastically cut if it was hentai....

of course, it also depends on what's shown on screen too... some anime had shadows moving to indicate coitus, but didn't show the characters themselves...
