You know (speaking from experience), getting hit in the boob usually doesn't hurt much, especially like that. You have to hit it just right to get that really painfully sting. Most girls that make a big deal out of it are just acting out their expectation of pain. (I have heard that smaller boobs are more easily hurt, though)

It’s true that an uppercut doesn’t hurt much. The parts of the breast that are most vulnerable to pain will just get knocked around. But if you hit a boobie straight on, it hurts like hell!
