The swamp area is inaccesibe for me. I know where the blue grass with the purple hanging vines are but there is no way to reach the platform. I have the kappa ability too.

Go to the room with the gorilla girl and go to the door at the end. You end up on a floating platform above the area. Jump to the left and past the village girl you arrive at a hole with a post that prevents you from jumping over, use your Kappa dash through (default down+X) and on the platform go through the invisible door in the middle.
