Truth, we never got confirmation that she actually died. In the manga you just saw her get slapped and sent flying and even here in the anime you get a "twinkle" showing in the sky where she was sent flying after she crashed into the house.

If you look carefully at the epicenter of the splat, for 1 frame as the blood begins to spread you can seel her damaged body minus the bloodsack siloeted against the sky, then for a couple frames after the blood finishes splatting you can see a red 'Team Rocket' glint in the sky just off the top left coner of the building... Plot Armor spoted it for the recent chapter were Zombie Man visits the Evolution Doc at his quasi-retierment takoyaki shop.
That was sneaky. It way there the entire time.
