You do realize that there's no way that she's chubby right? She's a Kunoichi, most of her weight is lean yet powerful muscle. The Akimichi Clan is also similar, but they just have a layer of fat over it for the sake of their Ninjutsu, and they have to eat constantly just to maintain their slightly overweight status because they are constantly burning it off on missions and training.
