Watching this again makes me even more depressed Smash Bros U doesn't have a story mode. They could have even work it in with the DLC. Downloading new characters would unlock their own unique story arcs. Oh the possibilities =(

Do you suppose Nintendo will add a new story mode once they managed to get in all planned characters?

Perhaps this is why there is no story mode yet. They planned DLC Characters from the start and didn't want to make any potential characters miss out.

A long shot, but still. We can dream.
