Spiders and their close relatives are arachnids, Chelicerates, which is a different group from the insects in their little Hexapoda group.
Now, if the tag was 'arthropod girl', there would be no problem. But insect girl? For a spider? Nope.

It is some scientific minor difference, I bet 99% of people in the world think that spiders are insects. That what I am talking about :)
