The needles are from Picodevimon's attack. You see it in the Digimon World games.

And while Gatomon is a champion rank Digimon, I too agree that this is kinda bullshit.

I don't think she can solo them... But that was kinda like a surprise attack. Pretty much anyone could get knocked if they receive a full hit in the face without being prepared.

well, what about her being on the same level as Angemon? Do you believe Angemon can take those guys on? And don't forget that Tailmon/Gatomon has that special ring on her tail...not entirely sure what that does...maybe a STR upgrade? XD

The thing with Angemon and Magnangemon is kinda like a "Deus Ex Machina" factor. Everything seems lost, the weakest one Digivolves in the last momment even when he couldn't do that early, and he owns with a 1-Hit attack.
