I remember reading that, according to some material based on the Predator (or AvP) universe, mating is actually a messy affair among them - things like the female flinging you across the room and her howls of pleasure being heard around...

In one of the AvP novels a predator leader was remembering his youth, when he and another male had been having and boosting contest, bragging about all the trophies they were going to gather and how many females tey were going to majke howl with pleasure. When one of those female decided they were standing where she wanted to walk and casually cold cocked them both without even breaking stride.
