Hmm well if you think about it neither have shown their full power. In terms of speed I would probably say koro-sensei simply because it appears to be more of his thing while Saitama boasts superior strength. In a nutshell it would boil down two weather or not Saitama can get a hit in.

you guys can't be serious. Saitama already show that he can get multiple times faster than sound(with just sidehops), and survived without a scratch a punch that literally sent him to the moon.
Koro-sensei is definitely strong and could give trouble to Goku, but Saitama is in a completely new level.

Saitama's Body is sturdy/tough enough to survive unhurt when hit SO HARD AND FAST, that he gets "hurled out" of Ear's Atmosphere in like a Second - and "HITS THE MOON" like Two Seconds afterwards.
This is beyond Superman-Level,
or whatever Goku or Vegeta achieved even in the Buu-Saga. (( Well, Vegito maybe? ))
Koro-Sensei's "Speed" was surpassed by a Missile one time,
which launched something into Space (small Spoiler) in the Manga - and the "launching something into Space" Scene lasted clearly longer as the Speed which hurled Saitama up into Space and onto the Moon.
Face it. Koro-Sensei maybe incredible,
but OnePunchMan's Powerleague plays in a ridiculously overpowered Class. At least with Saitama. He is so ridiculously overpowered that "the WORD ridiculous" doesnt even fit anymore when addressing "how" absurdly high Saitama's Powerlevel is.
And No. He doesnt use "Selfdestruct" here. This change/sign on the Skin of his Head was something he displayed before in the Manga and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with fighting. Thank You Guys for reading and have a nice Day. ;-)
