Aho= fool, stupid, etc. If memory serves, it's predominately a Kansai term similar to the word "baka".

Anon 1 is right, Aho and Baka are interchangeable based on region. Aho is used often in Osaka but considered quite rude in Tokyo. Vice versa for Baka.
