This is canon in the web novel version (which I don't think is being translated and has been dropped by the author not long after these events anyways).

This is canon only in the web novel version. In the light novel version Brain is never turned into a vampire by Shalltear and Arche's fate is really gruesome...

I think the sex toy version is better than "Make her know true terror and then kill her swiftly without pain." to be honest. It was a real kick in the feels knowing that Shalltear killed her and then we see her two little sisters talk about what they were going to do when she got home and how much they wanted to see her. In the WN they go and live in Nazarick after Ains rescues them from slavery, and their sister becomes Shalltear's fucktoy. I'd say that's a good outcome for everyone involved.

Yeah, they end up much better off, especially considering that Arche eventually gets out of being Shalltear's sex toy(which, while it sounds decent enough, probably sucks, considering Shalltear is a sadist)
