Now, given this scenario is very likely the girl would die if the person who threw her in there wanted her to, or wasn't paying attention to when she stops moving all together. That is either sadistic psychosis, or idiotic carelessness, both of which can happen with just about any kink. Hell, they can happen when you're just cutting up tomatoes for a salad.

But in a normal situation, where somebody is experimenting with asphyxiation on a partner, after the five minutes and the receiver passes out, the giver would most likely freak the fuck out and end the whole thing.

Saving their partners life by not endangering it any further.
