I love the game to death, and this art is amazing.
But i highly doubt an adaptation will be made, let it be comic/manga or anime/cartoon.
Plus, even if they are going to make one, i feel that they will manage to messed it up one way or another, thus ruining the experience.
Furthermore, Undertale's charm rely quite heavily on video game elements that an animation won't be easily recreate. Like the SAVE/RESET, for example.
