I now have to make Guts in Fallout.
I'm thinking.
S:9, P:1, E:7, C:3, I:1, A:4, L:3
Strength obviously for the melee perks. P and I aren't needed at all. Seven endurance to get Adamantium Skeleton. Three Charisma for Lone Wanderer. Use the SPECIAL book at the start of the game and put a point in Agility to get Action Boy, and at some point put a point in Agility for Moving Target. And three in Luck for Bloody Mess.

Act7: Not to mention missing an eye would screw over perception by quite a bit. I'm just annoyed you don't have the option to give your character a "dead eye" like in skyrim. An eyepatch mod would also be sweet just for the post-apocalypse aesthetic.
