Fanart=/=canon. Palutena's sexual orientation has never been mentioned in canon. The reason there's so much gay Palutena art is because people are weird and spawned the whole PalutenaxLucina ship from one completely innocent screenshot where the two of them were standing next to each other. There's been a long tradition of deities of either gender screwing humans of either gender, just because they want to. Greek mythology is full of it, and Kid Icarus takes plenty of inspiration from it. The only question is whether Palutena is like that. Uprising established she's not as bad as other gods, but is still hinted to be "naughty" is some way. Seducing or even forcing herself on various mortals would fit right in with Greek mythology, and wouldn't even be all that bad compared to a lot of other stuff they did. It makes sense when you think about it.
