This isn't actually by Egoraptor it's by Joel C, Egoraptor wrote the song but they commissioned Studio Yotta to do the music video.

Yeah multiple people were behind the animation of the vid, Lucina in particular in this scene was done by someone who did art/animation for Skullgirls.
