i like to imagine they're watching a movie with a particular focus on a lesbian kissing scene, and the girl on the right is thinking "that... that's kinda hot", the girl in the middle is thinking "i must learn to kiss from this!", while the girl on the left is the only one who's seen it before and knows there's a sex scene coming up and is already getting off and thinks "maybe i can convince the others mimic the movie with me..."
