Well, first the Autobots beat him. Then they gave his deactivated shell to a group of flesh slugs. Then those flesh slugs turned him into a Tankery training unit. Now, thanks to Miho's repairs, Megatron is fully back online but completely unable to do anything except help more flesh slugs win some tournament.

Honestly, who wouldn't be a little erked.
