100% cacao means no sugar or milk, good for baking and stuff, but by itself it tastes pretty awful.

Actually it depends of the taste, my father and I can eat 100% cacao without problems, but thats because we don't like sweet things, in the other hand, my mother, who loves sweet things, almost trew up when she saw my father eating the cacao the first time.
