it's a photoshop file. all i want to know is why did he have to put the censorship on the same layer as the drawing? i know japan requires self-censorship, but he could have at least put the hearts on a different layer.

If you don't use photoshop, you can use GIMP instead to open the file. A quick google search will give you the software download. You'll notice a "layers" panel. In that panel, you'll notice to the left of the layer names, an eye icon will be present next to a few of the layers. Click on those eye icons to make various layers visible/invisible. Play with it a bit and you'll get it.

The reason it was tagged original anon 1 is because on Pixiv, it's tagged original for some reason (most likely a mistake). And the uploader either didn't recognize her or didn't know abour her, and just went with the pixiv tags.
