If you don't use photoshop, you can use GIMP instead to open the file. A quick google search will give you the software download. You'll notice a "layers" panel. In that panel, you'll notice to the left of the layer names, an eye icon will be present next to a few of the layers. Click on those eye icons to make various layers visible/invisible. Play with it a bit and you'll get it.
