In regards to that, I'd wager that aura can heal superficial injuries but not dismemberments and disfigurements, likewise semblances is the act of projecting your aura offensively, as opposed to the passive shield it provides inherently. So a healing semblance is not very likely.
as for maiden powers, I suppose it's possible that the spring maiden could help, presuming what we saw in the world of remnant was acceleration of growth in a seed. It's possible she could similarly accelerate cell activity in Yang's arm and reattach it before those selfsame cells died, but that presumes she was on the scene which obviously she was not or the whole affair would likely have ended differently.
