You'll be sad to know that she only has about thirty seconds of actual screen time and no speaking lines.

I don't know how much of a role she has in the movie either.

You'd have to read the manga for more about her.

Rosehip's a sweetie; she's enthusiastic, obsessed with going fast and a bit dumb, but she always tries hard and while she doesn't get much actual screen time she gets a decent amount of character in the manga. I recommend the motto rabu rabu series for her best.
