Nope. Bloodborne got the Eldrich going for it. Nothing about DS3 gave me that feeling.

Nothing Eldrich-like, but it sure did feel like the world was ending as soon as I got into Lothric Castle.

Dark Souls 3 was not eldritch-like in the slightest; calling it that is downright silly. Lothric and this cycle of Fire in general, though, was definitely the worst state we've seen the world in, within the Souls series. There's been some debate that it might be because this Age of Fire got extended far more than any other and that's why the world was in as bad of a state as it is.
