There are several things wrong with this picture:

1) Did his arms get caught in a taffy pulled? They're way too spindly, even for anime standards.

2) His hands look like... Claws.

3) Ungrateful douche. She really likes him and he's just wondering "fuck, when will she LET GO?" If I was him, I'd be happy!

I know CLAMP's style in this anime had skinny people and claw like hands, but not to this extent.
