So it's been the never ending tradition of everyone on this site to write "keystrokes"at the end of every comment. I thought I got it, but now I'm officially confused.

What the hell do keystrokes have to do with anything? I'd rather ask the people who use the term regularly than Google it for the world's vaguest answers. :|

keystrokes is added because when you dont write enough in a comment, the site tells you "a few more keystrokes and this may actually be interesting..." so people just add, literally, keystrokes.
