Don't you know? Horse hooves are used to make glue so of course they stick. It's why you never see horseshoes with laces.

Horse hooves are used to make glue. They are not glue themselves. That's like saying pig bones are used to make gelatin, therefore pig bones must be gelatinous.
Horseshoes are held on by nails, not adhesive (traditionally at least: some modern methods actually do involve gluing the shoes to the horse instead of using nails, but they actually apply glue to the hooves, they don't somehow magically stick to the hooves naturally).
