It's not a "chaos pretty marine" it's just a Chaos space marine. I'd say one of the Emperor's Children before or just after the Horus Heresy. It could also possibly be a member of the Angel's of Ecstasy.

The Pretty Marines are a creation by 4chan's Traditional Games board aka /tg/. Basically Warhammer 40k Space Marines crossed with anime bishounen males. Because of their focus on prettiness, the ones that turn to Chaos end up following Slaanesh.
