You're talking about her outfit? i think that it's pretty nice, maybe it was better if her pantyhose were see-through...
Anyway i think that it's just an alternate costume.

Nope, this is her new primary costume. Her old white/red costume is currently only available in Fated Retribution as customization parts.

Really?! Is she the only one who changed her primary costume then?
It's fine but i think that the combination of Lili's primary costume that was colored red (and white) and Asuka's one that was colored blue was pretty cool.. and honestly, i prefer her previous one..
But it's cool, Lili is delightful anyway.

Every character has a new primary costume except Akuma. The good news is that old costumes are now selectable by default, as players at EVO have been doing it.
