Snakes may not sweat, but lamia are technically mammals (hair, produce milk, Debating live young but platypuses are mammals and lay eggs so not a deal breaker) and not all mammals sweat but humans sure do, I wouldn't count out sweat glands in their scaly parts. Although to me it looks like someone oiled her up.
