Crayon Shin-chan is simple comedy and without Shin-chan it wouldn't be fun anymore but in The Simpsons we have seen Elisa, Bart, Maggie, Milhouse and even Homer and Marge had aged in various (non canon) episodes , and for Conan...well let me tell you at least his teenage version appeared in some episodes and Conan is under the effect of a drug he is just an special case (no pun intended).....

No matter if these get deleted no matter what someone say about Ash age, as I said before even Misty and Brock the original companions have aged in the show or at least matured in some way and you cannot denied that can you.....

He has been a lot using orthodox and clever strategies to win Gym battles in Kalos. He has been on his longest winning streak in this region. He pushed the Kalos Champion to the limits... but does none of that matters unless he physically ages?

As I say it before, Ash could at least mature in some way or at least remember all the training he has done in the past but still lose to a first time trainer and to the first gym leader in almost every season.
and again I say they could hint about adult Ash in the mirror world episode with a brief reflection...with that we will know that he some day will reach his twenties or forties....there where so many oportunities for Adult Ash to appear or even that Ash overpower all the rookies with that pikachu but nah.....
