Cause Juri teasing people with her sexuality makes sense. It actually makes sense for her character, unlike Cammy showing her bare ass when she's dead serious, and I love Cammy's ass, it just doesn't fit her personality where as Juri it does.

1. Her outfit doesn't make sense, skin tight over skin tight is stupid, they didn't think it thru before covering her. Even if it looks good. Imagine how hot (temperature) she be in that, there's a reason why that zipper is wide open.
2. Her outfit is supposed to be a sexy biker outfit, and I'm pretty sure they don't wear skin tight and probably latex under the suit. It can be underwear or tank top or nothing at all.
2. Covering her up, didn't make sense, I mean look at the other girls and their rediculously sexy outfits. Besides, they already reveal the original outfit at Cammy's story.
4. People say it suits her personality. I think she prefers to let some skin out in public like a boss.

All in all, just a small issue, she's still hot!
