Interesting image. This artist is clearly snapped to the notion that the penis, in fetal development, is just a prolapsed vagina. And testicles are ovaries that fell out. Embryos start off female, males are a deviation on that created by testosterone at the right developmental stage.
So much for Adam's rib.
This is oddly kind of hot, and usually too gory for me, but go figure.
