I'm pretty sure that she is, but I might be remembering the scene incorrectly.

Noticed another pic on Gelbooru starring an earlier moment of this scene, she was enjoying herself on top of it, not forced (or maybe not yet). I can only assume that if she's dead like some say, the robot simply cums electricity and she got electrocuted from inside. Ouch...
