Dude's a dedicated troll, he likes nothing better than to piss people off and then act all victimized because people are pissed off. I don't know how many times he's been banned - at least six or seven, and according to him, he was IP-blocked three or four times. For several days in a row, he spent all night uploading reams of borderline CP, even knowing full well that it was all going to be deleted in the morning.

So no, downvoting him isn't childish or passive-aggressive. It's openly aggressive. It's recognizing that there's literally no point in engaging him. Downvote him/report him, move on - how else should we handle a troll?
